Just connect your phone to XS++, it will ask you whether you want to upgrade the CID or not.
I will look up the script for you if XS++ doesn't let you upgrade the CID automatically.

It doesn't work always, so I've heard. So if no go, try this: Update Sony Ericsson CID49/CID51 Red Phones to CID52 Red Phones | Sony Ericsson Flashing
