Camera Driver for Sony Ericsson K530i/K610i/V630i/W660i

Changes:

1) The white balance of the W910i;
2) the brightness settings on the W910i;
3) Added new options: Optics testing, Light meter control;
4) Table quantization of k600i;
5) Removed parameters: Test pattern, Image stabilization, Photo metering;
6) Fixed a bug in Java applications;
7) In all modes, shutter speed from 1 / 2 sec.
